HandyNotes is a small software program that makes it easy to keep all your notes organized in one easily accessible place.
With HandyNotes, any time you need to jot something down you can just click on an icon and create a new note. If you need to refer to previous notes, you can easily browse them, or search for a keyword.
Starting with version 2.0, HandyNotes users can now synchronize their notes with the HandyNotes.net website, meaning that you can access your notes from any computer with web access, at any time! Or if, for example, you run HandyNotes at home and at work, you can keep all your notes synchronized and easily accessible.
Download HandyNotes and give it a try! HandyNotes is freeware, meaning that there are no charges whatsoever for using the software. It is also Open Source, which means that anyone can make HandyNotes better by adding functionality or helping fix bugs.
Using HandyNotes
If you need to keep track of little bits of information while you work at your computer, then HandyNotes is for you. Once it s installed and running, just click on the tray icon or press a HotKey, and HandyNotes pops up. Then you can either browse through your notes or search, or you can click and create a new note. No need to create new text documents or keep messy post it notes.

The biggest new feature in this release of HandyNotes is the ability to synchronize your notes with the HandyNotes website. When you are done for the day, just press the synchronize button and HandyNotes will upload your notes to the web. The first time you do this you will have to register as a new user. Once your notes are synchronized, you can browse to handynotes.net with any web browser, login with your username and password, and check your notes or add new ones. When you re back at your computer, just press the synchronize button and HandyNotes will update your local copy of the notes with any changes you made at the website.
